Tatiana has survived the first year of running her own real estate agency. With her girlish charm and undeniable business savvy, she’s managed to carve out a niche in the city’s cutthroat property market. But if getting the agency off the ground was supposed to be her biggest challenge, Tatiana’s about to learn that hanging in there is even tougher.
Episode 1: Realty Bites
THE PROPERTY SHOP’s launch has been a grand success. So successful that now with over 30 agents and counting, Tatiana must hire a business manager or the real estate board will shut her down… While searching with a client for a million-dollar property, Tatiana finds her dream home. But in a downsizing market, can Tatiana convince husband Oren she deserves to upsize?
Episode 2: Model Home
It’s the battle of the divas! Tyo is an international model who gets what she wants and she wants Tatiana to find her the perfect condo – in just two weeks! After tears and tantrums, Tyo finally puts in an offer, but the owner pulls it off the market. Tyo’s heart is set on that condo and Tatiana needs to figure out a way to get it back.
Episode 3: Family and Friends
Most agents get their start working with family and friends, and that means high expectations and extra work. When Tatiana discover s her friend Jim needs to downsize but hasn’t been able to unload his luxury condo, she steps up, despite the slow market … Meanwhile, Sabrina J. is a new agent with a new listing — her fiancé’s mother’s house! Talk about pressure.
Episode 4: Taking Care of Business
Tatiana has her hands full with her agency’s new recruits, some needing more guidance than others. Joycelyn showed promise at the beginning but Tatiana needs to find out why she’s lost her drive… frustration mounts as Lauren constantly asks Tatiana for for advice, thenonly to ignores it.… And when Tatiana gets a call from David, a developer with a big condo project, she puts her latest protégé Dale on the job. David, expecting Tatiana’s expertise, reads her the riot act. It’s up to Dale to prove himself.
Episode 5: Partnerships
Lu Ye, one of Tatiana’s top agents, has recently left THE PROPERTY SHOP for a competitor. But when Tatiana lands a million dollar listing in Lu’s new area, Lu wants to co-list.… but now wants to co-list a million-dollar listing Tatiana just landed. Can Tatiana bury the hatchet and work with Lu? … Will Tatiana be able to forgive Lu and share the listing? Florence and Elise are Tatiana’s new dynamic duo, . Together they succeed where their more-experienced colleagues failed… but they’re so good together successful that they’ve may gothave landed more listings than they can handle.… And Tatiana and Davina are the original dynamic duo. They started the agency together. But their long time-association looks like it might be coming to an end.
Episode 6: Great Expectations
Last season Tatiana sold property virgins Murray and Johanna their first condo with a promise it could sell in a year for $40,000 more. Now they’re back to collect! As Tatiana struggles to live up to expectations in a buyers’ market, first time house hunters Wendy and Geoff turn to her to find them a bargain. Time pressed, Tatiana assigns them to new-agent David… Not quite what they expected…
Episode 7: It’s About Timing
Stacy and Richard were THE PROPERTY SHOP’s very first clients and Tatiana quickly sold their first flip. Now they want Tatiana to repeat the feat. She’s ready, but are they? Still renovating their second flip, the market’s cooling off and their timing is looking bad… So too for Negar’s clients. Her first time flippers want a well-priced revenue property, but they’re taking too much time to make an offer and missing out on the best deals.

Michelina is an 87-year-old Italian woman whose children have enlisted Tatiana to sell her duplex so she can move into a seniors’ residence. It’s been almost 50 years since the last update and the cracks in the walls and foundation are turning buyers off. The clients . Tatiana needs to convince them that the property sends visitors running when they see the foundation refuse to do repairs or lower the price… cracks and the interior look that has not been updated since Michelina moved in… 40 years agoAcross town Alex scrambles to find a revenue property for his tattooed client ’s client, Myriam wants to buy a revenue property– and a bank that will back her.
Episode 9: Nesting
Peter is 42 years -old and still lives at home. Tatiana comes to the rescue as she is determined to help his parents get him out of their nest. buyer who has been looking for a property… for the last three years. He still lives at home with his parents and Tatiana wants to help him finally leave the nest … Bbut finding him his own isthat’s proving to be a lot harder than sheshe expectss… Meanwhile Tatiana’s father Roberto announces to her and her brother Alex that he’s makes an announcement to his children, Tatiana and Alex, that will make their lives even busier. He’s giving them hishis four-plex. Why now? Is Dad OK? And a, but are the kidsy up to working together and being the challenge of being landlords — their father’s landlord?
Episode 10: All or Nothing
It’s been a while since Mikey, Tatiana’s problem child/agent, worked together. They had a falling out over his luxury condo project and he’s been busy with his new furniture business. Now Mikey needs Tatiana back. No condos have sold since she left… Sabrina F. runs into a high school friend who’s now a developer. He asks her to become his exclusive agent. But first, she has to impress his partner.
Episode 110: Teambuilding
Tatiana gets a call from Gerard and Janet, a Long Island couple, are looking to sell their from Long Island who have aw weekend getaway just home just outside of of Montreal they want her to sell. Tatiana usesdecides it’s a perfect time to the opportunity to test four her new agents by having them and asks four of them to compete to co-list the property with her… She to win the co-listing by pitching to her and the homeowners. Though agents usually work independently, Tatiana also wants her agents her agents to feel they’re also feel like part of a a team – her team. So she’s planned . She a fun day of tree top trekking and teambuilding. Go Team! devises a way to push them to their limits and see how well they work together while also having fun in the great outdoors.
Episode 12: NewSetting Horizons
Tatiana feels good. She’s met most of the goals she set when she started the agency– except one: landing a multi million dollar listing. Then, it practically falls in her lap. But Jackie, the skeptical owner, Jackie has a historic multi-million dollar mansion to sell and Tatiana hustles to convince a skeptical Jackie that she’s plays hard to get… the woman for the job. Then Tatiana must do what no other agent has been able to do… sell it! Tatiana’s new right-hand man, Dale, Tatiana’s new right-hand man, takes on a has a listing for a hobby farm in horsy country. With Tatiana itching to expand, Dale’s willing to give anything a try. But when a call comes from an agent in Los Angeles, Tatiana’s sights shift to Hollywood.
Episode 13: Bright Lights and Big Dreams
Tatiana is dreaming bigriding high. She’s landed in Los Angeles to check out the possibility of partnering with a Beverly Hills agent and opening THE PROPERTY SHOP’s first international sales office. With Oren at her side, their whirlwind tour of L.A. makes her hunger for a piece of the action on success with her office full of agents and a nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year. Tatiana thinks it may be time to open a second office… in Los Angeles! . But does Tatiana have what it takes? Is she willing to leave Montreal where she’s one of the After a call from an agent in L.A. suggesting they work together, and with the support of her family, Tatiana flies south to decide if it’s the right time to open The Property Shop: International.
