"Building Blocks"
In this special episode, the Montelongos decide to give back to the community, but it's not going to be easy. David and Armando buy 5 houses on a block that have been rented out to poor immigrant families for the past 20 years. They take on the ambitious task of renovating all 5 houses at the same time. After moving the current tenants into apartments, team Montelongo have just four weeks to complete the work. The families will then be given the option to buy or continue to rent. Will the Montelongos turn renters into owners and help these new citizens to achieve the American dream?

"Roach House"
Armando discovers a real estate bargain while surfing the web after hours. He makes a midnight visit to the property and after scanning the exterior with a flashlight, he's seen enough to seal the deal. By day, he discovers a few problems with his new purchase, starting with a stubborn swarm of Texas-size cockroaches. Meanwhile, Veronica and Melina, keep an eye out for potential buyers and befriend the residents of the old-folks home across the street, figuring family members may be interested in purchasing a house near their loved-one. But, a major plumbing problem involving a city water line in the front yard may blow any buyer interest.

“Welcome to the Doll House” CT Homes’ first challenge is a 650 square foot 3-bedroom “house” in New Haven, CT. Jeremy brings in this dollhouse of a home and now the guys have to get to work. Winter weather leads to broken pipes and flooded basements and construction delays but Than and his crew are confident that this little home has a lot of heart and will make a perfect flip.

"An Inspector Calls"
Ready to start flipping on her own, Angie discovers a great house in the trendier neighborhood of East Atlanta and brings eager, new investors, Peter and Brian, in on the deal. Angie works out a high-end renovation budget, and is determined to do everything by the book. But, what starts out as the perfect flip turns into a perfect nightmare. She welcomes city inspectors who uncover one problem after the next, threatening her profit margin and alarming Peter and Brian. With nitpicky inspectors and high-maintenance investors breathing down her neck, and a budget on the rise, will Angie be able to hack the pressure and flip this house?

"Flip 10" Armando steps in to save the day after a novice investor gets in over his head. Making a classic first-time flipper mistake, the rookie paid his contractor in advance and was left with a half-demolished house after the contractor walked with his money. Armando bails out the fellow flipper and gets a deal on the house in the process. Little does he know, he's just bought into a big problem. From a faulty foundation to termites, this Investor's Special has more issues than meet the eye. With Armando "Mando-Man" Jr. by his side to learn the flipping ropes, Armando discovers that one man's trash isn't easily transformed into another man's treasure.

"It'll Cost You" Angie and Harris tackle an upscale renovation with investors, Peter and Brian. The house on Venetian Way looks like a fairy tale cottage but "happily ever after" may not be in the cards with flaky contractors who find endless ways to drive up the budget. All of their big renovation ideas need to be reconsidered as mistakes are made, time is lost, and the contractors drag their heals. This is one flip that's going to cost them.

"Condemned!"
A graffiti covered exterior and a fire damaged interior mean big potential profits on the latest Montelongo House Buyers acquisition a run down duplex in a working class San Antonio neighborhood. On closer inspection, David and Armando wonder whether they underestimated what it will take to flip this house. Things start looking up when Armando finds a buyer early on, during the first stages of construction. But, the eager buyer gets cold feet after David discovers that the house has been condemned by the city and is scheduled to be demolished. The city agrees to give them a crack at proving the house is worth saving, and their now skeptical buyer agrees to reconsider a purchase, but only after they complete renovations. And then the real problems begin ....

"Flipping It Green"
Angie and her team are going green with a new find in Atlanta's desirable Kirkwood neighborhood. Angie and Scott propose an environmentally friendly renovation that will appeal to yuppie buyers who favor the neighborhood. Harris is more worried about getting the job done - which includes the removal of an ominous tree hanging over the roof to make way for a second floor addition. In spite of Harris' more practical concerns, Angie puts Danielle to work researching all the latest green trends. She's about to find out that eco-friendly doesn't always mean budget-friendly.

Burning Down The House
Than takes a chance on a fire damaged 3-unit townhouse in Newfield, CT. After buying it off of a fellow flipper, CT Homes is left with a major rehab and Paul and Than are butting heads. Than sees nothing but possibilities and wants to flip for a big profit while Paul just wants to pull it down. New England winter storms take their toll on an already difficult flip and tensions run high amongst the gang at CT Homes. Can Paul and Than put aside their differences and turn ashes into diamonds?

"Communication Breakdown"
Angie and Harris have teamed up again with investors Peter and Brian and are headed back to East Atlanta for what should be an easy flip. What looks to be a modest job turns out to be much more work than Angie or her investors bargained for. They have big plans to modernize this dated 40s charmer including a master bedroom addition and a complete kitchen remodel. When investor Brian starts finding problems and making costly decisions Angie and Harris have had enough. Can Angie keep her team together as they try and flip this house into the 21st century?

Business is booming at Montelongo House Buyers. Despite his busy schedule, Armando is now trying his hand as an author and is looking to sign his first national book deal. With Armando gone, Veronica has to step up to the plate. For her first flip as Vice-President of Montelongo House Buyers, Veronica is flipping it green. The Garden Ridge house is the perfect candidate for an environmentally friendly makeover. While Armando tries to reach the masses with his book Veronica struggles to reach him when the project threatens to go awry. Is Veronica up to the task of turning this little house into an eco-friendly gem?

A Flipper and a Mother
Danielle steps into the spotlight with a run down brick house on Atlanta's Van Epps Street. Angie and Harris let Danielle take the reins with this ambitious flip. Her fourth baby is on the way and as the pregnancy progresses so do the problems at the house. Extensive water damage in the basement is only one of the difficulties that arise. Danielle looks to Angie for help and inspiration. Can these two working moms make this house happen?

A student from Paul and Than's lecture circuit shows up with an easy flip for CT Homes. The house on North High Street looks to be a quick and simple fix, but the New Haven team is about to learn that looks can be deceiving. Plumbing troubles are soon overshadowed by a bigger problem; The house's steep driveway blindly leads into a busy road. The pressure mounts as Lori is given the daunting task of selling the property quickly. Will Paul and Than be able to flip this one and draw buyers to the house on High?

Chris the intern steps up to the plate with his first flip as project manager. He delivers The Cottage House, an upscale home in a nice neighborhood, to Armando and his team. Armando trusts the intern to take the reins but Veronica and Randy remain skeptical of Chris' abilities. The problems mount immediately from no-show contractors to choosing the wrong paint colors. Will Chris be able to prove he's not just another rookie and that he has what it takes to flip this house right?

Will Armando be able to flip this very Brady house while keeping his Bunch together?

Armando decides to recruit an intern, and after a series of interviews, chooses a young protégé. The intern soon finds himself in over his head as the Montelongos give him a crash course in real estate. When problems at the house arise, it's up to intern to make it work. Will team Montelongo rise to the challenge -- and most importantly, will the house sell?
