Serves-4
Ingredients
- 250g fettucine cooked “al dente”
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 200g rosa tomatoes
- 3 tbs shredded basil
- 1/3 cup yellow rosa tomatoes, chopped
- ½ -3/4 cup grated parmesan
- coarse salt and black pepper
Method
- Mix the olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, basil and parmesan together in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta until “al dente”. Then toss with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with more parmesan and more basil if needed.
