Power tools

Supa wood 16 mm (or 20mm pine if we varnish)

PST 18 Cordless jig saw

1000 mm x 500mm – 2 pieces

PSR 18 VLI Cordless drill driver

868 mm x 500mm – 3 pieces

PSR 10.8 volt cordless drill driver

400 mm x 500mm – 2 pieces

Pex 220 sander

552 mm x 500mm – 1 piece

Router (we can decide Dremel or Bosch)

70 mm x 1200 mm – 3 pieces

PFS spray gun

550mm round wooden beam ( any material 20 – 40mm thick)

  

Paint 2ltr (or varnish if using pine)

  

wood glue

  

3 x 30mm screws (can also use 3.5 x 30)

 

4 wheels with locking facility (70mm)

 

Here are the steps

  1. Mark out where bottom, sides and top join.
  2. Mark out where shelves fit onto sides.
  3. Drill pilot holes
  4. Attach sides to bottom and top
  5. Attach shelves
  6. Make frame for top
  7. Insert handle
  8. Attach to top
  9. Fill holes with filler
  10. Sand and varnish
  11. Attach wheels to bottom.
