Make it Morroccan

The theme for today’s Fresh & Simple is an authentic Moroccan Dinner. For starters, Vicky prepares a delectable snack platter with an aubergine & yoghurt dip, hummus, and a tomato, onion & mint salad served with flatbread. The main course is a tagine of lamb with pears, caramelized baby onions, coriander couscous, red pepper, almonds & feta and Vicky serves up dessert of pistachio and rosewater m’hench.
