Laundry Caddy
For this project, we repurposed an old bookshelf! The great thing about repurposing is that half the work is already done for you! Have fun with a bold fabric for the ironing board, or choose a paint colour that will match your personal style!

Extra clean cut wood blades | triangle supports to be measured and cut |
Staple Gun | Batting 1200 x 500mm – 1 piece |

Follow these steps
- Cut shelf at the bottom to make the unit the right height.
- Cut the top lip off to make it flat
- Insert divider on the top shelf
- Cut door to size
- Cut iron rest plate and side supports to size
- Attach to the side of the unit
- Make supports for wheels (only if wheels will be added)
- Sand and paint with primer and paint
- Cut ironing board to size and shape
- Rout edges
- Attach batting and material
- Fasten onto painted shelf
- Attach door and catch
- Put on feet/wheels
- Insert shelves
