Lamb with Tabouli & Chickpeas

Ingredients

 

  • 400g Lamb mince
  • 1 egg
  • 100g white bread crumbs fresh
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 4tbsp Coriander ground
  • 2 tbsp Caraway ground
  • 4 dried chillis
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 1 fresh chilli
  • 1/2 Spanish onion sliced
  • coriander sprigs
  • pinch sumac
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method

Step 1
Mix the lamb with the egg, spices,breadcrumbs, chilli, garlic, salt and chopped coriander.

Step 2
Shape and grill on the bbq.

Step 3
Mix the chickpeas,onion, fresh chilli and coriander, squeeze of lemon juice, olive oil and a pinch of sumac.

Step 4
Serve with the lamb.
