Fruit Salad Smoothie
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 10 grapes, seedless
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango
- 3 cups orange juice
Method
- Put all ingredients into a large heavy pitcher and puree with a hand blender until smooth.
- You may also use a stand blender.
