Fruit Salad Smoothie

Yield:  4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 10 grapes, seedless
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango
  • 3 cups orange juice

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a large heavy pitcher and puree with a hand blender until smooth.
  2. You may also use a stand blender.
