Overview

Today’s consumer is constantly being bombarded with conflicting messages.  There is a strong push towards a more healthy lifestyle: reduce fat, reduce cholesterol, reduce carbohydrates, increase vitamin intake, increase anti-oxidants, eat natural, eat organic…

Although we know we’re meant to eat well, is it really so bad to indulge occasionally?  And are we denying ourselves for the right reasons?   

GCBC pits these two views against each other, our two feature chefs are masters of their domain: confident, entertaining personalities that differ not only in the ingredients they use, but also in the distinctive ways they cook.

Who’s the good chef and who’s the bad chef?  It’s up to you to decide!
