Baby Bok Choy Sesame Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. grapeseed oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 2 tsp. grated ginger
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 12 heads baby bok choy, washed, stem trimmed, cut in half
- 2 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. chicken stock
- 2 tbsp. black and white sesame seeds
Method
- Wash bok choy, trim stems and cut in half.
- Heat grapeseed oil in a wok or large sauté pan until almost smoking. Add peppers, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry over high heat for 30 to 1 minute seconds.
- Add sesame oil and bok choy. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes to cook bok choy. Add chicken stock and tamari and continue to stir for another minute. Don’t over cook.
- Remove from heat, toss with sesame seeds and serve.
