Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch asparagus
  • 24 slices very thin slices of prosciutto
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Method

  1. Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Cool.
  2. Wrap with slice of prosciutto. 
  3. Grill or place until broiler.
