This zesty little dipping sauce is great with any spicy snacks such as samosas or pakoras.

Makes: about 1½ cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 3 tbsp chopped mint leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- salt and ground black pepper
Method
- Stir together yoghurt, mint, lemon juice, cumin and salt and ground black pepper to taste. Keep chilled and use within 24 hours.
