Fennel Salad

Yield:  4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 fennel bulb, sliced thinly
  • Knob of frozen ginger
  • 3 green onions, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of your favourite hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced

 Ingredients

  1. Put fennel into a large salad bowl and grate in a teaspoon or so of the ginger. 
  2. Add green onions, soya sauce, hot sauce, honey and lime zest and juice. 
  3. Toss well and serve.
