18 volt Jigsaw | top/bottom – 350 mm x 70mm – 2 pieces |
PSR select cordless screwdriver | Sides – 415 mm x 70mm – 2 pieces |
PTK Tacker plus staples | hook racks – 40mm x 315mm – 4 pieces |
Quigo line laser | Masonite backing 3mm – 450mm x 350mm |
Impact drill with depth gauge rod in handle | Flush hinges – 40/50mm – 4 pieces |
Planer | wire mesh (chicken mesh) – 450mm x 350mm – 1 piece |
Router | Door knobs x 2 |
Spray gun | Towel rail or curtain rod with brackets |
4 x 40mm screws (Eureka to supply) | |
6 mm wall plugs for towel rail/curtain rod (Eureka to supply) | |
Varnish/paint (cedar paint to supply) | |
Cup hooks for keys to hang on x 16 (buy as im not sure if eureka have cuphooks) |
Steps for Key cabinet
- Attach sides to the top and bottom of cabinet
- Fit key slats
- Attach backing
- Cut out shape in doors
- Rout edges
- Sand and varnish/paint doors and cabinet
- Attach wire mesh to doors
- Fit door knobs
- Fit hinges
- Fit doors to cabinet
