Claire Robinson puts together a quick weeknight dinner perfectly designed for hanging out at home with a girlfriend.  Her Chipotle Lime Chicken Tacos with Grilled Corn Slaw and Layered Shrimp Salad are simple but bursting with flavour.  And of course no girls night is complete without cocktails, and this one is freshness in a glass – Cucumber and Watermelon Margaritas.

Episode 4 – Dessert Bar

Claire Robinson is joined by her friend, master pastry chef Keegan Gerhard, for a Dessert Bar full of treats you would never believe have only 5 ingredients.  He’ll show Claire simple recipes for marshmallows, meringues, even chocolate, and how these basics can be transformed into endless numbers of show stopping desserts.

Episode 3 - Spin on the classic Steak Frites

Claire Robinson puts her 5 ingredient spin on the classic Steak Frites.  Hanger Steak gets fresh with a cherry sauce, and the frites get sweet, too.  Add a tangy finishing touch with Crispy Goat Cheese Salad.
